i wanna get on my bike!!!!!! get me out this office
After a final review for Architecture Studio I was heading home from a bar when I can across some teens trying to get their friend to ride his mountain bike down a flight of stairs into the subway. I drunkenly stumbled up to them and said I’d do it. to my surprise they hand me the bike, probably thinking this drunk dudes about to get a whole bunch of blood on his shirt and tie. well to their disappointment I made it all the way to the bottom

Oppo needs more biking. I’m so ready for winter to be over already. My winter bike just isnt as fun. Also, I just ordered parts and got my bike ready for a 1x10 and tubeless conversion.

I used to ride stairs every chance I got. Then I had a series of mishaps, the worst being a broken collar bone. I toned it down after that.

I once had a desire to go to Moab. After watching this, I realize that I have neither the skills nor the bike to do this. I saw multiple spots where I would have picked the wrong line and gone off a cliff or just wiped out in the rocks.
I’ve gotten old.

I need to get out skiing, haven’t yet and we’ve been getting lots of snow. Plus I’m heading to Utah for a long weekend in a bit, so I should knock the rust off my skiing skills before then.
Nice on the tubeless conversion and 1x10. I’ve run tubeless for years and it is so worth it. Last summer I picked up a new bike with 1x11. It is so much better than 2x or 3x. Simpler, quieter and so reliable.

Do it. I’ve never been, but I’m sure there are rental shops where you could rent an awesome bike. There are also trails for pretty much all ability levels from what I’ve seen.
